Abstract
The Master's thesis deals with the expropriation of Liechtenstein nationals on the basis of the decrees of the President of the Republic in the years 1945-1948. The thesis traces the fate of these individuals in the context of the interwar period, the post-war seizures of assets and the discriminatory measures of the Czechoslovak Republic. The fate of individual persons affected by the expropriation is recorded in the Master's thesis. The thesis concludes with an excursus on the expropriation of the property of Max Egon zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg.
