Susanne Keller-Giger

Susanne Keller-Giger worked as a German lecturer in the northern Bohemian city of Liberec (Reichenberg) in the 1990s. She studied Eastern European history and Slavic studies in Zurich. She completed her degree with a thesis on the German-language press in Reichenberg during the interwar period. As a board member of the St. Gallen-Liberec-Cooperation, she has been involved in numerous projects between the Czech Republic and Switzerland. In 2012/13, she conducted research for the Czech-Liechtenstein Commission of Historians on the shared history of the Czech lands and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In 2018/21, she published on the history of the Sudeten Germans. She is currently president of the MUSA Museums Canton of St. Gallen association.
