JUDr. Ondřej Horák works at the Institute of Legal Theory and History of Law at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc, and at the Institute of State and Legal History at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno.
His areas of expertise are the legal history and jurisprudence of the interwar period, the history of private law, and in particular the encroachment on property rights. From this perspective, he also research the history of the House of Liechtenstein.
